“Butterfinger” shake recipe THM – S

My taste tester

This shake is my new favorite treat. It’s even good for breakfast.

I have a Ninja blender, but for shakes I prefer to use my black & decker personal blender. It seems to do a better job blending the ice.

“Butterfinger” shake THM – S

1 cup unsweetened/ vanilla cashew or almond milk

1 scoop chocolate whey protein Isolate (you can use vanilla or plain, but you may want to add some cocoa powder for the extra chocolate flavor)

2 Tbsp peanut butter (I usually use Adam’s no stir)

Dash of vanilla extract

¼ tsp butterscotch extract or a few drops butter extract and caramel extract (I usually end up doing this option as butterscotch extract is hard to find. I found these at WalMart)

½ tbsp super sweet

¼ tsp sunflower lecithin

3-5 pieces lilly’s milk chocolate

Blend until chocolate is in tiny pieces

Add

1½ – 2 cups ice

Blend again

This is what it should look like

  1. I didn’t have any super sweet & I think it needed a little more sweetener but it did kinda taste like a butterfingers. Oh & I didn’t put caramel extract & used a different peanut butter! I had to use dark chocolate also but it was still pretty tasty !!👍🏻
